Las Perdices 2 is a residential building which, proposes a lifestyle near the nature like the previous project Las Perdices. The project location is near to the Andes range, with a privileged view to the city of Santiago due to the location in height. The apartments on the ground floor are provided with private gardens. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor have generous terraces. Exceptionally, the apartments of the 3rd floor have connection to the rooftop with access through a spiral stair from the terraces. Due to the success obtained in Las Perdices with the private rooftop terraces, in Las Perdices 2 were developed larger and with more amenities such as jacuzzi and barbecues areas.

 

The building has 16 apartments and 45 parking spaces. The apartments range from 130 square meters to 140 square meters. The project has one core with lift, emergency stair, common areas and contains all the technical pipings. The building was finished in 2015 and was sold out before the completion.
