Los Leones is a residential tower in the commune of Providencia, one of the most pleasant places to live in Santiago de Chile. The project offers public green areas in the front and all-around the building to mitigate the visual impact in the residential houses adjacent to it. The backyard is equipped with a private garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a multipurpose room and a gym.

The building has 48 apartments and 94 parking spaces. The apartments range from 65 square meters to 92 square meters. The top floor apartments are duplex with sizes fluctuating between 110 square meters and 130 square meters. The project has a compact distribution with a central core, in order to get an efficient anti-seismic structural system. The core has a lift, emergency stair, common areas and contains all the technical pipings. The building will be finished in the beginning of 2016.
