This mission consisted to manage a Chile-Argentina border control project. The project already had been assigned by the Ministry of Public Works through a public tender to Crisosto Smith consultants in partnership with Cavagnaro.Rojo architects. The project comprised the development of the building project in all stages to the final delivery, including architectural solutions in all scales, feasibilities, engineering coordination, regional and ministerial validations, achieve planning applications and building permits.

This project gave me the opportunity to manage the project with autonomy in terms of details development, permission management and engineering coordination (for example, remarkable was the coordination of the soil mechanic study that the results changed the project location, and the management of zoning change from agricultural to urban with an agency of the State) and achieving intergovernmental legitimation from regional and ministerial authorities through reports, permanent contact with authorities and reporting progress in several coordination meetings and presenting directly to the authorities involved.
